Pasadena Business Suicide: 59-Year-Old Man Found Dead
In a tragic incident, a 59-year-old man lost his life to suicide in a Pasadena business on East Walnut Street.
Officers arrived at the scene and discovered the victim, who was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The weapon used in the incident was recovered, and robbery homicide detectives were called to investigate.
No note was found, and the man's identity remains undisclosed. Those in need can reach out to various suicide prevention hotlines for support.
Life-Threatening Head Injury for 69-Year-Old Man After Pasadena Collision
A man from Pasadena is in critical condition after his vehicle crashed into a light pole at a high rate of speed. Witnesses reported seeing the car traveling at a high rate of speed before the crash.
The victim, who has not been identified, was found unresponsive near the vehicle and was immediately transported to a local hospital.
Medical personnel determined that he had suffered a life-threatening head injury. The Pasadena Police Department's major accident investigation team is currently investigating the incident.

Pasadena Girls Varsity Soccer Team Secures 0-0 Tie Against Burbank, Faces Glendale Next
The Pasadena Girls Varsity Soccer team recently played a match against Burbank High School, resulting in a 0-0 tie.
The team showcased impressive defensive skills and determination throughout the game.
Looking ahead, they are set to face Glendale High School at home on Friday, January 26th.
The Varsity team will start at 3:45 pm, followed by the JV team at 5:15 pm.
Pasadena High School Boys Soccer Team Remains Undefeated in Pacific League Play with 2 - 1 Victory Over Burbank
The Pasadena High School Varsity boys soccer team has maintained their undefeated streak in Pacific League play with a 2 - 1 victory over Burbank High School.
Tobias Gonzalez and Fabian Reyes scored the team's goals, highlighting their individual talents and the collective strength of the Bulldogs.
The next game will be held at Glendale High School, where the Varsity team will face off against Glendale at 3:45 pm and the JV team will play at 5:15 pm.
As the Pasadena community cheers on their soccer team, the Bulldogs continue to prove that "It's a great day to be a Bulldog."
Pasadena High School Boys Basketball Team Continues Winning Streak
Pasadena High School's Boys Basketball team has been successful in the Pacific League, with a 8-1 record.
They recently defeated Burbank High School 74 - 32 and will face Glendale High School on Friday, January 26th.
